I carry pretty much all of my extra unwanted fat on my thighs and I’m super insecure about it. I haven’t worked out in, years, I was doing Chloe’s 2025 weight loss, got 2 weeks in but the cardio just left me light headed and I needed to step back.
Does the slim thighs challenge actually get rid of fat there? Or is it just one of those things you do after you’ve lost the weight to refine your form so to say.
I’m on a deficit, and I know my thighs can be slimmer- they were when I was younger, I just have let go and need to get back ontop of it.
If it doesn’t work for what I need, what are some good fat loss challenges that maybe don’t involve so much cardio or are lower impact to start me out until I can work up to the harder (really normal) ones?
I find I have an easier time with legs and arms than I do with full cardio but I still want to burn the fat.
