I am half way through my current program and already thinking about which challenge to do next. The one I am doing right now is the 20min challenge for only 20min per day which fits my daily schedule quite well. ⏰ That’s why I am considering just doing the same challenge once again. Do you find that recommenable? Do you have experience with this? Have you done this in the past and, if yes, would you do it again? Is is demotivating to repeat a challenge program (maybe because it gets dull somehow or because the challenge is already achieves basically)? I would be happy about honest advice, experience, tipps and opinions! 😌
