ok so i wasnt sure if im supposed to post this in food or here but basically:
i love water, and i drink much of it every time i remember đ and whenever i work out or before work out, i feel like drinking. the problem is my dad told me that its bad to drink water before any exercise (mostly). iâve never cared much but these days iâve felt the water in my stomach and sometimes i feel like throwing up. iâd normally just stop drinking it before work out but the issue is - i cant. im too thirsty, my mouth feels like desert. im somewhat a beginner so iâm open to any tips đđ
