Eating and weight

I was never really into tracking what i eat, but on days I tracked calories I was always bellow 1500, most fo the times between 1200-1300. I am not on diet this is just how I est since I was a kid. The thing is I am chubby for almost 10 years now. What to do about it? I am a teen, and I do not want to eat less, because I dont want to mess with my body. On days I workout/run I burn about 500 calories, but that is only 2-3 times a week. What should I do? (edited by moderator)
