I started the 2024 weight loss challenge 2 weeks ago. This is the 3rd week of the challenge. However as a high school student in my final year I do not have the time to cook my own food as I just eat whatever my mom buys or cook.
Is it normal to feel as if the day workout progress is lost after eating outside food dinner? How can I achieve my weight loss target with this issue?
I've been weighing myself at the start of the challenge I was 71. 5 kg and now I'm 72. 5kg. Is this normal? (edited by moderator)
