Fitness Discussion

Hey, I finished the 2024 weight loss program, today I'm on day 2 of the 2-week shred challenge.    I feel better but I don't see any difference.    I know that half of the success is the diet, I actually eat as usual, I just reduce the portions, I am not in a calorie deficit.    Will I lose weight?    Will I start to look better?    Will I see results over time?    what should I do?    please help
