Fitness Discussion

I want a simple program because Chloe is difficult, but I have to attend a wedding in 1 month.     Is there a program that is the most effective and at the same time simple?     I did the 2021 shred program, the result is good, but a more effective program is needed.     Also, I have a hard time sticking to a long-term program.   Do you know a short program that will be effective?   (translated to English by a mod)
