Fitness Discussion

I have been wondering this for years, engaging core how? I know search it up but they don’t really give you and answer you want, i genuinely just get more confused.

I actually can’t fake caugh so,  I can’t  feel it in my stomach when I fake cough I only feel it in my throat.
