Hi all! I wanted to share the equipment I use: mat (I exercise barefoot), resistance band (today I switched from 7kg to 10kg resistance!!) and weights of 0.5kg each. I wrap them around my wrists or ankles, I love it because it makes the workout more difficult without stopping me from moving.
Do you think it is enough, or should I consider using dumbells? Seeing Chloe using them I don't really understand what muscles they target...
