Exercise during periods?

Hello my beautiful community members. I always had a query that can we do these exercises during our menstrual dates. When I am on my periods I don't have that much of strength to do exercise and some says that exercise during periods reduce pain but I think it's vice versa for me. Can anyone tell me that what should I do BCz for these 4 days or its about a week I don't perform my exercises.
