Can anyone suggest which is the best exercise to reduce 3 inches of breadth size in a month. I can see difference in other parts but I feel like there's no reduction in breast size and I feel like it's bit saggy

First, measure ur breast size before starting the next workout routine & always wear gym bra (a little under size) it would prevent sagging… you will definitely see differences after completing the workouts

Unfortunately, there is no way to spot reduce certain areas on your body. For a lot of women the breasts reduce quite a bit and sagging can come with weight loss. I know for me my breasts were one of the first for me to see a change (which sucks cuz I’m apart of the itty bitty titty committee already lol). The only thing I can suggest for breast sagging is to incorporate weight lifting into your routine. Doing chest workouts with weights will help tone up the pectoral muscles.
