Hi! My family and I are doing a challenge to see who can lose the most ammount of healthy weight by April! I lose weight super fast when I try. For example a few years ago I lost 40 lbs in 3 months from a caloric deficit and workout.
I'm wondering if since I'm doing the 2025 weight loss and since I work a physically demanding job 3 days a week if I can still eat the meals my mother in law makes? She's mexican and she makes a lot of soups, beans, rice, and lots of things with protein. Not so sure about the calories or macros. I also meant to mention that I also do intermediate fasting. I typically fast all day until 6-10. I have a busy schedule so that way I'm also likely to not eat fast food. Sorry about the longer post but yeah. My goal weight loss is around 46lbs. I am currently 5'8 and I am 196 lbs with a goal weight of 150. (edited by moderator)
