Hi everyone! This is my second time typing this because I deleted everything on accident but here goes again 🥲. I’m posting this for my peace of mind and to help anyone else who is wondering this question. For reference, my height is 160cm or 5 3’ and my weight fluctuates from 145 lb to 150 lb or 65.8kg to 68kg. I’ve always struggled with excess fat around my hips, back, belly, and (off topic) my inner thighs. I’m aware that in order to lose fat you have to be in a calorie deficit (which I am) but I’m wondering what else to do to lose fat in these areas. I want to be confident and comfortable in my skin, that is why I’m asking this. Is there any specific workouts or workout moves that help with this kind of fat loss? Or any specific foods/drinks? I have been on my weight loss journey for a while so I need more intense exercise and results. I’m not necessarily looking to lose weight in like two weeks or anything, just things that can help me lose fat in those areas significantly! Thank you to anyone who responds 💗
