Workout
Whenever I'm doing a glutes workout I realize that I'm activating my hamstrings and quads more than my glutes. I'm payig close attention to the right body postioning and movements, so it's probably not because of that. Maybe the glutes are already so underdeveloped, that the leg muscles have to overcompensate?
Does anyone have similar experiences and solutions for this problem?
