Hi Guys,
I will finish the 2020 2 week shred in a few days and am looking to move on to the 3 weeks workout programs. My goal is to lose weight and also increase my stamina. Which 3 week programs(can also be the 19 day ones) did you love doing the most and also saw some good results. I am already doing 7-10k steps everyday along with a good balanced diet.
