feeling bad without exercising

Hello guys!
I wanted to share, and maybe ask for some advice.
so, I've been exercising for some time now, and in 2025 I really wanted to start going to the gym too. but my parents, mostly my mom were against it, because last year my health suffered when I was 'following my own diet', and she was afraid that I'd harm myself again in some ways. I have a curved spine, and it's pretty severe. so, I went to the doctor and one of them told me that exercising is fine, as long as I don't overdo it.
but well, my parents know another doctor pretty well, they've been friends for many years already, and they asked for his opinion. and well he said that I cannot do any exercise. like, none.
he also said that he will help me with improving my health, so I could be able to exercise one day, but it's already taking like 2-3 weeks, and I'm still waiting for some health exam results to start recovery process. and my parents already took away my dumbells and forbid me exercising. and I have no idea how long more might it take.
I feel a bit helpless, because without exercising I feel like my life does not have a purpose, because I really wanted to exercise to get stronger, and to improve my looks because right now I'm pretty insecure about my body 🙈
what y'all think should I do?
