I’m doing the 2025 weight loss challenge and just completed day 1. The workout was super hard and I had to take a lot of breaks. After the cooldown, I immediately stopped feeling so tired, which made me feel like I was just being lazy during the workout. I know that’s not true because I could t do anymore than I did, but I just feel I didn’t do good enough. Does anyone else feel like this? Any suggestions on how I can change? I know it’s only day 1, so maybe I just need to push past it.
