Hi everyone!
I'm currently doing the 2 Week Shred challenge. I actually completed this challenge about 3 years ago and lost around 4 kg from it, so I decided to try it again.
This time, though, I'm feeling a lot more discouraged. My body seems to give up much faster, and I'm struggling to even finish two videos. I've lost a little weight, but the results don't seem as noticeable as before.
Has anyone else experienced this? What helped you stay motivated and get through the challenge?
Also, what do you usually do if you get your period during the challenge? Do you continue, modify the workouts, or take rest days?
And finally, which challenge gave you the best results in terms of actual weight loss and visible changes? I'm looking for recommendations from people who saw significant progress.
