Hey guys! I've been rocking Chloe’s weightloss challenge for about 2 months now and onto my second workout plan.
Today, I just wrapped up my 5th day, and I’m really enjoying the burn, especially with the hiit workouts! The weird thing is, I don’t feel tired or worn out during the intense workouts, but afterward, I get hit with a headache and feel nauseous.
Any tips on how to avoid feeling like this? Should I switch to low-impact workouts instead?
