Feeling sick during workout

I'm not sure where to put this question, so I'm asking here;

_What to do if I feel sick during exercises? Is it okay?

I can feel my body temperature getting high, I start to get a headache and feel kinda nauseous(?).
I want to finish my daily workout sm, but I just can't with all that sickness and stuff. It's also really demotivating.

_What do you guys do when (if) you feel sick during your workout?
