So, usually if the program has 1 rest day I'm able to pick up well. If there are 2 rest days in the program, I feel really exhausted while resuming to workout after rest days. Recently I had an exam due to which I was unable to workout for 2 days, as I resumed after the exam I was totally exhausted just by doing 10min workout out of 30min.
Can someone suggest what can I do to not feel this exhausted, as whenever I feel exhausted after workout done after extended rest days, I just have to quit in 10-15min cause I end up being really unable to do the workout.
