I started the 2024 Weight Loss Challenge two days ago and I’ve been pretty sedentary for the past year, so of course I’m really sore right now and feel it every time I move my legs, stand up etc.
Is there something I can do to deal with the soreness? Make it less sore so I don’t feel too much pain while doing today’s workout, or to prevent soreness after I work out?
I ended up skiping yesterday because of this and I really didn’t want to skip any days so soon into the challenge but I’m not knowledgeable in anything fitness related and I’m very afraid of injuring myself. It’s one of the reasons I end up not pushing myself or stop exercising when I have barely even started, so any tips or direction is appreciated!
