How do yall deal with feeling weak and not strong enough? after finishing a program, i cant find the motivation to start another one mainly because i feel like its useless. i can only do a few dozen pushups and sit ups and around a dozen chin ups. I just feel like i cant improve and im weaker than everybody around me. what do yall think (edited by moderator)
