Feeling weird during workout

It was my first day of 2025 summer shred challenge. But something really strange happened to me that had never happened before. After starting the 20 minute HIIT cardio, I was doing the first 2-3 exercises just fine. But suddenly I felt a little strange. I mean, I don't know how to explain it. But I felt like I was going to vomit. Somehow I finished the first set but then it got worse. I didn't really understand what was happening to me, my head was spinning and I fell to the ground. And I sat down on the floor. And I felt a strange discomfort in my body. But after 4-5 minutes it automatically subsided. I did not continue the workout. Has this ever happened to any of you?
