Since i started uni i stopped working out and i gained 2kg T-T i really feel like not having time to exercise most of days i get back home late like 5-6pm and i ll feel dead after such a long day and some days i have an 8 to 5 lectures (which is killing me) and if im gonna talk about training in the morning i dont think i can cuz i leave home at 6:50
i feel so overwhelmed i really wanna exercise and i was thinking about hitting thy gym next to my flat , any advice T-T ? (edited by moderator)
