Finished 1st Chloe Ting challenge: don't quit!

Today, I completed my first challenge (25 day hourglass) after 1 failed attempt, and it feels amazing! In my waist, there isn't any noticeable changes (to be expected ngl, theres no cardio) but I've gotten way stronger & my legs and glutes have grown pretty well!
If you're still on the fence about doing ANY challenge, just do it


it's so worth it! Even if you don't see any major changes in the first few months, just know on the inside you're a whole new person, and quitting wont make that process go any faster. thank you chloe! ! (edited by moderator)
