Finished 1st Chloe Ting challenge: don't quit!

Today, I completed my first challenge (25 day hourglass) after 1 failed attempt, and it feels amazing! In my waist, there isn't any noticeable changes (to be expected ngl, theres no cardio) but I've gotten way stronger & my legs and glutes have grown pretty well! If you're still on the fence about doing ANY challenge, just do it--it's so worth it! Even if you don't see any major changes in the first few months, just know on the inside you're a whole new person, and quitting wont make that process go any faster. thank you chloe! !
