After completing the challenged I noticed that my jeans fit better on the waist and my mid section was flatter. My arms were also more defined than before. However, if you are looking to snatch your waist I encourage you to also to reach a daily step count of 8k or 9k. That helped me ensure that I can have pizza and chocolate occasionally but in moderation.
After having children I had major diastasis recti. I thought walking on the treadmill alone would help with my midsection but, I was not seeing results in my midsection because I had a gap where my abdominal muscles where. After correcting my diastasis recti I quickly saw results and my core is the strongest it's ever been thanks to the shred and tone challenge.
