Fitness Discussion

This is more like a mini rant lol So for any who have seen my before and after posts, know I started working out since June, and well, currently finished 2 challenges: Flat Stomach and Lean Legs. Started a 2022 Toned challenge. The Day 1 and 2 felt like I had begun starting out for the first time! 😭 is it because we working out other muscles or because we shook the routine on the body and hence being pretty sore the next day. 😅
