I can’t believe it! I really did that. Consistency is normally not one of my characteristics but I’m so proud of my myself! Now I’m wondering if I should do a light cardio dance workout on the two rest days to keep me motivated. What do you think? 🤔 or would it be better to let the muscles rest and do maybe just some light stretching? I fear that I will
lose my streak if I do nothing at all. (edited by moderator)
