Hey everyone, I recently finished the 2019 2 week shred challenge, and have now started the 2021 2 week shred. Previously I was going to the gym regularly to either lift or incline walk. I do not have much experience with HIIT like in Chloe's videos, I am definitely a beginner and it was quite a good challenge for me because of that. My question is - this month my period came early. This is very abnormal for me. I read that it could be because of intense exercise. Does anyone else have similar experience since starting these more intense challenges? (To be clear, this does not substitute actual medical advise for me, as I am going to get it checked properly just to be safe) Thanks!
