Hi, I’m a 19-year old who has been gaining about 20kg weight these past few months and would like to try out the workouts to get my weight down and tone my body. I’m pretty much a newbie so I have almost no idea on how to start exercising or what else I should do to make my body fit. I was thinking of a goal of losing this weight in around 3-6 months with the exercises + the tips you guys give me.
