Like many people here, I know weight loss is typically the biggest reason why we start these workouts BUT I thought it would be cool to see what other positive gains have been observed during your fitness journeys. I’ll go first!
This month I have been working on the 2022 summer shred challenge. One thing I noticed is that since I started Chloe Ting’s workouts around May; my wrists have become so much stronger. I used to have to pause a lot in between exercises cause my wrists get too sore and I could barely do side planks cause it just strained my wrists too much (or my shoulder for forearm side planks) Now, I can actually do the side planks and feel the burn in the actual target area instead of terrible straining, which feels super awesome 🙌
It's easy to obsess over things like my weight so it's nice to see some gains in other areas as well! Have you noticed something similar? đź’Ş
