Hey guys! I have just recently started working out again and I need some alternative exercises for any sort of high plank, reverse plank or anything that puts a lot of pressure/body weight on my right wrist. I injured it 4 years ago and I've had pain in it on and off since then. It's kind of hurting again and I don't know what other exercises to do in place of those ones (edited by moderator)
