Fitness Goals
I am nearly done with the 2025 Weight Loss Challenge and it is a nice mix of cardio, lower body and upper body for me, although I do dislike abdominal workout with a passion 😅. I know it is not possible to spot reduce fat but the ab workouts help to tone the area. My question is, is it possible to still get toned and possibly (in the future) abs without doing any of the ab workouts? They just take a toll on my wrists since there are lots of planks and I just struggle with them in general. Thank you! 😚
