Workout
The days when i work on my abs i find it difficult focusing on my abs. For example when i do planks, instead of feeling the burn in my abs i feel pain on my legs and thighs, its like im working for my legs and not abs. I try to engage my core and it does not work. I focus on my breathing as well. When this happens i just stop the workout mid way and go do some work. Can anybody help me out and let me know what is my mistake over here?
