Helloo... I have started working out at morning now a days. I actually do my workout and take a bath. Immediately after that I have to take my breakfast. Is it correct??? 

I feel like all my food will be fastly observed by cells.

Is that right way to eat ?? 

Can we eat and then workout??? To burn it 😅😅
