Hello so I've been doing workouts for a while but I still struggle to get my form right, I don't feel the targeted muscles and my traps mainly take over (in upper body exercises) I thought it could be of shrugging my shoulders which is very likely but I'm worried about other exercises. How do you ensure your form is always right and preform the exercises correctly?
