Fitness Goals
I hold my weight like for 5 months but now I start gaining weight and it feels like i don't lose any of it. Before my weight loss journey I was 83 kg then after 2 years I weight 48 kg but now I gain weight and I feel uncomfortable and don't know what to do anymore.
I eat like 2 times a day, workout and walking 5 km a day.
Do I need to workout more ?
I really don't know anymore what to do.
Have someone maby any tips or ideas what I can do ?
