Fitness Discussion

Hey everyone!
I have finished 2024 hourglass challenge last week and yesterday was the measurement day. So, my weight before i started was 68.4 kg and now im 71 kg !!! This was shocking and so depressing, and now i don’t even wanna go on workouts anymore..
Anyone here also got same problem as me ?

Gaining weight instead of losing!!
