Get Fit VS Get Toned

Hi all,

Im looking to start a new program soon and am debating between the Get toned vs Get fit programs. What are the main differences and which would you recommend?

I'm looking to get stronger and fitter, not necessarily to lose weight but that would be a plus. Thanks!

They are functionally very similar programs, just different videos and different schedules. Personally I enjoyed '21 Get Fit the most!

They both worked nearly the same for me, I tried the get toned 2022 and 2024, get fit 2021 twice in a row and now I'm doing 2020! the get fit 2021 helped me lose fat around my tummy and obliques! I lost more weight doing resistance programs than the shred ones! Hope this helps!

They both worked nearly the same for me, I tried the get toned 2022 and 2024, get fit 2021 twice in a row and now I'm doing 2020! the get fit 2021 helped me lose fat around my tummy and obliques! I lost more weight doing resistance programs than the shred ones! Hope this helps!

any program that is based on dumbells and resistance band exercises not Hiit and cardio: get fit, get toned, hourglass, grow a booty..

Personally I've done the get toned challenge and gained muscle and a small amount of weight from muscle build. It wasn't a hard challenge imo, not sure about the otherone however, i know the weightloss challenge and summershreds are great helped me lose some weight gain strength and felt stronger from them.
