Hi all! I have gotten within 3lbs of my goal weight and as the "comfy season" rolls in am I starting to think about switching it up from weight loss/hiit programs and starting a clean bulk with progressive overload workouts to increase muscle mass then switch to a cut around January.
For those who have completed the 2020 Get Peachy and the 2022 Grow a Booty challenge: which did you feel provided the best results? Do either also provide abs and arm workouts to keep from losing progress in those areas while focusing on gluten? Do you have an tips on ensuring growing muscle during these challenges? tia!
