I had been doing Chloé's workouts for months. I did multiple rounds of the various 2 weeks shreds and core challenges and i looked great. Better than I have I years. Then 5 weeks ago I had to have a laproscopic appendectomy and I was told no lifting, no running, and no high intensity workouts for 6 weeks. Anyone have advice on getting back into things? How much of my fitness would I have lost in that time? Im so sad because I worked so hard for so long and made such good progress. I hate to have to start from scratch.
