Fitness Goals
Hey guys
I've been trying to lose weight for a year now. I've started at 73kg and until last week was around 65kg. I was a bit frustrated that I didn't lose more weight in a year but it was fine. My goal is around 60 kg.
Right now I am in a very stressful exam phase and went through about a week where I ate very little. After that there were birthdays and other occasions where I ate a lot more than usual.
Now my weight is up to 67kg and it's hard to not get frustrated with myself and this journey.
I workout often and try to walk 10k steps a day.
With food I find it hard to keep from sweets but otherwise I tended to have a healthy diet over the last year.
I just want to lose the last 7 kg but it feels like I'm stuck...
Any tips?
