Hello, my friends, I want to ask a question. I have been doing high-intensity exercise with Chloe for 3 years. Sometimes I take a break and sometimes I don’t. I stopped exercising for 6 months, then went back to it for a month and stopped it for 4 months. Today I want to go back, but I feel lazy and tired. Is this normal?
