Girly problems!! 😭😭

Hey, I need some help! Im currently not feeling to well and on my menstrual cycle and need advice to not give up on my journey. It is hard for me to stay motivated during it. I try listening to my body to decide what I should do. Exercise makes me feel better; however, it takes me FOREVER to just start a workout. How can I continue my journey with taking into consideration that I don’t feel the hottest and help make me more motivated during this period.

P.S.
I try to engage my core and keep my back flat on the mat and I feel it in my core, but I still get lower back pain. What am I doing wrong and how can I help this???
