Can someone tell me the difference between a goblet squat and a sumo squat? I just tried the rounder booty workout for the first time (from the 2024 hourglass challenge). One of the first exercises is a goblet squat and I figured she just renamed the sumo squat, but the last exercise of the second set is a sumo squat. Is there a difference I am not seeing? Thank you!
