Fitness Discussion

I'm going back to my roots!   I completed a chloe ting workout for the first time since 2021!    

For the past few years, I've been going to the gym with friends & was consistent for a bit but found myself not feeling motivated once i started going alone again.    i missed the feeling of working out with someone & ended up finding a Chloe Ting challenge on my recommended.    forgot how much i loved her videos and her encouraging voice while working out & I'm feeling motivated 
once again!   !    hoping for the best & wish me luck
