So I just finished Chloe's 2 week shreds back to back (2019 and 2021). I feel like I really want to get back to lifting weights at the gym, as I am now at a fat percentage I am happy with and would like to focus on muscle gains now. However I do enjoy Chloe's HIITs and cardio and would like to incorporate it to my lifting routine, my question is -
What is your favorite HIIT/cardio video from Chloe that is not more than 15 minutes long?
