So I'm leaving for the ocean and visiting family in less than a week, and I haven't lost weight like I wanted to...I'm discouraged and I won't feel very confident in myself... I just got done with 2021 get fit and honestly, not much of any results. I run once a week and try to walk, and before that, I did some weights here and there. I'm considering on doing a shred or weight loss program while out on vacation to help me lose weight, and maybe reveal more of that muscle. I can't bring weights, so that's why I'm choosing those. But how do I stay consistent while gone? I'll probably come home with another 10 pounds more...
Will I lose muscle, and will it still be effective even if it's all bodyweight?
