Hey guys! I am going to Greenland this week for two weeks; I have been doing the challenges for the last month and I am seeing great results- however, I’m worried that when I’m gone for these two weeks my body will lose all the progress I made. Additionally,I don’t know what my diet is going to look like and I honestly don’t want to calorie count too much since i haven’t been on vacation in a while. I know I can just get back in step when I get home but the same weekend I get back we’re having a beach trip with my fiancés family. Any help?? I can’t do the videos of workout a long time while I’m there so I was thinking of just doing 100 crunches/squats everyday to stay in shape but I don’t know if it’ll work. Please help!!
